We are able to offer a range of services tailored to the management of Estates, Residential blocks and Flats, acting on behalf of Freeholders, Residents, Residents Associations and Lessees.
As part of our standard Leasehold property management we correspond with residents regularly ; make at least four site visits each year ; keep detailed records of finances and expenditure ; prepare yearly budgets and income and expenditure accounts ; collect service charges as agreed ; liaise on agreed inspections by approved surveyors ; arrange all minor repairs ; arrange regular service contracts for gardening, cleaning of common parts, window cleaning, lift servicing etc ; correspond with solicitors in pre-sales enquiries.
